Seemingly classy, surprisingly scary

This club appears above average in quality and class - - nice sign, decent interior, etc. A single stage, dj want obnoxious (as some are), attentive bartenders. But the crowd there this Saturday night was rowdy and pushy. Finally one guy seemed determined to pick a fight with me, so I fled, pushing my way through another crowd of surly people outside the entrance. I didn't see a bouncer working. They sure could have used one.

The girls were pretty good, a middling pack, with one classier girl who danced to "Fever". The rest were ok but forgettable.

BTW, the Brooks St. Motor Lodge a block away is a decent, clean, economical place to stay, just walk back to your room as drunk as you please, no driving required. It's a half step above a motel 6.
