Ole BJ's
Well if the title of my review made you read this, you will be disappointed if you are thinking an activity. Although, they were available I'm referring to the building. My understanding is that this was once a location for BJ's Wholesale Club. Wish the bj's were discounted, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
Paid $8 cover charge and entered the largest strip club I've ever been in. This includes Sapphire in Vegas no matter what they advertise. As mentioned before it was a wholesale club and they used almost all the previous retail space for our entertainment space including an upstairs VIP. There is also a room on the far back wall dedicated to a grill and of course entertainment. They also have these great flat panel monitors around the club listing the dancers and a picture of who's on main stage. I believe they're really for the dancers benefit for the stage rotations, but customers benefit too in seeing who is working and how soon they're on stage.
There were two or three dancers on main stage and three in the mote next to the tip rail when I entered. Tables and chairs were behind the row of seats at the tip rail and drink prices were reasonable for a Miami area strip club. There were a few high tops along the back, but no chairs.
Dancers were friendly and approached you initially with small talk. It seemed almost all eventually asked the obligatory first time here, where you from, and where you staying. I took this to mean I stood out like a tourist or a vetting for OTC. It appeared my instincts were all correct because I got offers from 7 of the approximately 10 dancers I met or got dances from. Of the other 3, one didn't appeal to me so I gave her the not interested treatment, one said we had to go upstairs first (where fs extras were available) to discuss it, and one said she doesn't do that. Hmmm, may have hit on a new part of the system...tell them you're staying at a very nice luxury hotel. Brilliant!
The ld's are $25 on a semi-private bench verified by a posted sign. Not bad ld's, but definitely not Follies like either. With the right dancer things can be fun, but not over the top. You will try to be upsold for the $100 small VIP room or $250 for the upstairs plus the dancers tip. I got quotes for tips at $1,000 for 30 minutes to $350 including the small VIP room and all tips to everyone. Of course the lowest quote was the typical don't tell anyone, I never do VIP for that low, etc. I almost took her up on that one and chalk up the high fees to fact finding, but her attitude changed to very mechanical and the activity list changed to only cbj. Amazing how dancers are all bipolar and just flip when things are below the $500 line. Lol
