Club is closed at this time to Judge ruling in favor of City trying to shut them down but club planning to appeal

This is an FYI regarding the club's current status. The City of Chula Vista sued them (spending approximately $400,000 in litigation costs. What a use of taxpayer money!) to shut them down. Judge Richard E.L. Unfortunately, the club's website indicates that they are closed at this time, but are planning to continue the fight with the city.The article indicates that the club plans to appeal. Let's wish the club's owners' appeal goes well. It is possible they may get a stay from the appellate court and reopen soon. If you are interested, don't give up on them and keep checking the club's website for updates.
