Didn't Pay Much, Got What I Paid For

I had heard Springfield strip clubs were good, and with a need to get a hotel night nearby I decieded to come in to see what the buzz is about. In the end, I didn't hate my experience there, but it wasn't my best experince. I don't remember what the cover was, but I was suprised that it was so reasonable. Arriving early evening, it wasn't that busy, and it seemed as though the bar top had the most steady business with regulars just there to drink.

The name of the club tells you what you can expect, and it leads to what the experience becomes. This club was pretty focused on the stage. Big, and usually filled with two or three girls at any time, the stage was pretty easily the center of attention. The girls weren't the best I have seen - mixed ethnaticity, many many tattoos, some past their prime, some just not pretty. But there were a couple of gems (one bottle blonde who I was sure was there as part of a party, until I spotted her on the stage sliding her shorts to the side for a tipper to peek. For the most part, these girls didn't seem focused on getting dances. I took a dance or two ($20per pre-pay), there was a side area for that - but you were basically sharing a circle of couches with anyone else getting a dance - and if there was a VIP area, that wasn't offered.

The girls are probably the most responsive on the stage as I have seen. They danced on the stage for most their money. Feed any of them a couple of bucks, and they made sure they gave you a show. The more you fed them, the more they did - seemingly giving up more on the dance floor than they would in the vip area. I walked in with maybe $10 in singles, and when I figured out that was how you got attention, I pulled another $40 in singles down - that took care of anything for the night. I felt like I had to be heartless though - a girl giving the old college try, but not stirking my match, I dropped her $2 as a 'thanks but that's all you get' .. and she didn't leave my side for the rest of her turn on stage.

It's not a bad club, it's just that it seems it could have been better.
