Another interesting night at the Hole

Visited 19th Hole again to see what was new. Had a great assortment of entertainers, many newer ones were there, but they were not so great looks-wise. Was preyed upon by all as they collected their tips. One dancer was relentless and I finally succumbed to her private dance offers. Was specific to tell her to let me know when the first one was over. She neglected to do so. When I exited the private dance area, I was told that I had been back there for 8 minutes, meaning I owed $60 for 2 dances. No way was that true. I told her and the room monitor that I was going to pay for what I had asked for and agreed to: one dance. She told me she was liable for paying the club $40. I gave her the additional $10. She was satisfied by that. A few minutes later I was approached by the manager who told me that I was cheating the dancer because she still had to pay the club $40 for the two dances and I had to pay her the remaining $20. After much discussion and some intimidation from the manager I paid the extra $20 just so I wouldn't be removed or worse. Stuck around awhile and later asked the manager if we were square. He agreed that we were and offered to buy me a drink the next time I was in. Also gave me lots of crap about how he's in the hospitality biz and knows how to run a club. Returned the next night to claim my free drink. Of course, he wasn't in, so no freebie. Was greeted by Coco who gave a lovely private dance. Same deal occurred. I was told I had been in the room for two dances. This time I paid without getting into an argument. Interestingly, the monitor only charged the dancer $10 for the two dances. In other words, they charge the customers for two but collect for one from the dancers. Graft appears to be rampant. But, since the quality of entertainment is so good, people put up with it.
