a treasure!

this place seems to be not so busy these days (although I'm told in the late evening and can be busy) and I really don't understand why...as far as I can

see it is one of the best values-for-the-money clubs in Philly--as long as you like black dancers, since the majority of the dancers are African-American with

sprinkling of Latina and occasional white dancer. But it is not "hood" club; it is in a good location on the edge of the University of Pennsylvania campus.

It is large, comfortable, with many tv screens tuned to sporting events. The vibe, from dancers and staff is friendly and low-key. The dancer quality ranges from

decent to great. The stage is large and in busy times will have 2 or 3 dancers on stage. There is a dollar parade but it not too demanding and usually pretty enjoyable
