Went to Girls of the Glitter...

Went to Girls of the Glitter Gulch Sunday in November at 8 PM since I was staying downtown on Fremont Street. The sign outside said 35 girls dancing, but Sat. night prior the sign said 135 girls dancing. Two sort of cute girls were outside willing to hand you a club flyer. Inside the entrance showed a sign, two drinks minimum and I paid for $17.50 + $2.50 tip for two longnecks when the waitress returned with the drinks. You will probably need to order all drinks at once. The Hostess was seating all groups of one or two persons at the tipping rail so the girls could make some $1 stage tips. I only saw the one stage surrounded by about 40 guys being milked for $1 bills. The circle booth seats around the walls were filled with groups of 3-4 people. There were several couples sitting inside also. The tables in the rear had some older high rollers with girls on their laps socializing to get lap dances. The right side of the club was dark and looked closed. A lap dance in the raised well lighted, bouncer monitored area in the back right of the club cost $30 each while dances on the darker floor where quoted as $25. Saw about 20 girls. All but 3 ladies had big implants. One had nice pouting lip injections to make her look just like Pamela Anderson. Most of the girls seemed to be very experienced dancers. I saw no metal, tattoos, or homely girls. A couple of the girls could have passed for under 22 yrs old and seemed to be giving a few topless private dances. The dances were very long but very few takers for the private dances. The stage started with one girl dancing on the 40’x 6’ two pole stage and later there were 2 dancers sharing the stage for at least 3 songs. It seemed you could sit at the rail, watch, and tip every dancer by spending about $1 every 6-10 minutes. There did not seem to be any pressure to tip since there were plenty of people around the stage and the dancers did not do the “give me a tip” dance in front of anyone who did not have a $1 out. I was approached 6 times in one hour with “Would you like a private dance?”, but suspected since I arrived alone I was hit more than normal. I did not get any private dances, since last year I found out the hard way, you can not touch the girl (on the side of the leg) while she is dancing. Also it seemed the girls do not quote the $30 price until you ask. A group of 3-4 guys could come in, pay $48-$64, get a booth or table, drink 6-8 beers and watch a very enjoyable show of beautiful women disrobing and dancing on stage. When you pay for your drink you get a receipt and I think you my come back later with it if you leave. I saw one couple come in, sit down, stay about 30 seconds, then get up and leave out the door without paying before the waitress arrived for their order. I saw another wife leave after a few minutes and her husband stayed to finish her two extra drinks.
