RIP Satin Doll

The Satin Doll has closed for good. Heat from the local authorities, as well as some poor management decisions have finally killed the club. The last incarnation as a trans-gender club was the last straw. It's too bad, the "Doll" really was a hidden gem in its heyday around 2000-2005. I have some nice memories of the great times I had here over the years. Some of the nicest dancers ever worked here, very down to earth ladies. The place was small and cozy. Lap dances were the best. This was the first club I remember where you could "touch the titties". Many dancers would provide much more. This was during the days before private booths. Cheaters eventually added private booths and everything in Providence changed forever.

I'll miss the Satin Doll. Good luck to all the dancers & staff who treated me well over the years.
