Arrived on a Saturday night around...

Arrived on a Saturday night around 12:30; paid $15 in cover. The club was packed, and most of the tables were occupied, so I ordered a domestic beer at the bar for $7.50. Soon after I had my drink a mid-20s half Asian girl approached me, made some small-talk, and eventually asked me if I wanted a dance. I obliged. We went upstairs to a private room, which was great, except for the lighting which was very bright. She blocked the entrance with a chair and waited through the first song to start dancing. The dance was fine, but nothing special, so I decided to stop after two.

I found a seat at a table, had a beer, and watched the stage. At around closing time, it was obvious that no one else was going to approach me for a dance. I saw a dancer by the bar talking to a waitress. I asked her for a dance, but she condescendingly stated that she only dances for 5 songs, minimum. I doubted there were even that many dances left for the night, so I ordered one last drink from the bar.
