I dropped in on a Tuesday while visiting Philly on business. The club was reasonably clean and welcoming. Cover was $5 I believe. The dancers worked in shifts of two on a stage behind the separated from the customers. After each rotation they would come atound and collect tips, since they were too far away for the guys to tip easily while they were dancing. Strictly topless only. Lapdances were $20 in a private room in the back with couches. The girls weren't too pushy, but they did make the rounds and collect tips from the guys sitting at the bar after their dance rotation. Some came around and solicited for lapdances, but most you would need to ask. The lapdances were topless only, though some of the girls were a bit loose with their g-strings. Some allowed strictly no touching up touch, while other allowed full contact. I found a young hottie with nice breasts who had no problems letting me hold and caress them. I came back for a second round the following night, and I was glad I did, because as soon as she saw me she came over and asked me if I wanted a lapdance. I agreed and ended up going for a double.

The only thing that bugged me was when I was enjoying my lapdances when the girls would push for the Champagne Room for $200. I don't even like Champagne, and I doubt you'd get much more access in the Champagne Room than in the lapdance area. Still, I had a really nice time, and will probably go back next time I'm in Philly.
