This club has been going down...

This club has been going down hill for several years so I was hopeful when I saw it was sold and has reopened under the new name the Box Office. I waited a month for them to get things together and stopped by to check it out. Now Monday is not the best club day but it was a huge disappointment.

They now open at noon so getting there at 8 should have let me see the second shift but the lights were not even on at the stage. There were two dancers sitting at the bar and only one guy in the place who was sitting by himself at the other end. The whole place was dark and if they remodeled it seemed to have made it worse. The guy at the door said come on in there is no cover. I got as far as the bar, took one look around and left.

I will give it one more try on a Thursday or Friday when the old place usually had the better talent but I do not have my hopes set very high.
