I had a few hours to burn before catching a red eye out of Denver International. Apparently the club used to be called Centerfolds Show Club because that is still the name on the building. There is an electronic sign near the roadway that says PT's and it is a fairly major road so it is an easy club to find although you might be better off if you don't find this club, read on.

Cover was $10 on a Monday night around 9:30pm. They apparently serve alcohol as I saw a neon Coors sign but there wasn't a waitress and so I never got a drink. Club is rather run down inside but nothing that couldn't be overcome with a good experience otherwise. There were three main stages, all circular in shape. Two of them are elevated with a pole and are surrounded by chairs. The third is also circular but only about a foot off of the ground and surrounded by couches, this was nice because the dancer on stage could easily hop into your lap and give you a mini lap dance. There were only five girls working on the night I was there and they were all about average, none were ugly or overweight but none were anything special either. There were two girls that got all nude on stage while the other three only got topless.

After tipping a girl on stage through several songs she asked if I wanted a dance and I told her I had never been here before so she would have to fill me on the details. She told me the dances were $40 per song. At first I thought she was kidding around to see my reaction. It quickly became apparent that she wasn't kidding and she realized I wasn't going to pay that ridiculous price so she left. Got approached by another girl who quoted the same price and I just told her that although she looked good there was no way I was paying $40 for one lap dance. She then said she could do 3 for $100, so instead of being obscenely overcharged, I can just be sort of overcharged and commit a full hundred before I even know what the dances are like? No thanks. Anyway, it quickly became apparent that this club is not about lap dances at all. In fact there were five girls working and about 20 customers and in the hour I was there, not a single girl disappeared to give a lap dance. The club is all about hustling tips at the stage and the customers getting what little contact they can there. Most of the girls would constantly ask for tips while dancing in front of you on stage to the point it got a little annoying. One girl would dance for about 30 seconds and then lift her g-string strap asking for another tip. I was tipping $2 at a time so since she was asking so frequently I changed to $1 tips but without missing a beat she just increased the frequency of lifting her g-string strap to ask for another tip. Sitting at the stage was getting expensive and I soon realized why 80% of the customers were opting to hang out in the seats that were away from the stages. The girls seemed to make decent money on stage tips which I suppose makes up for the fact that they weren't selling lap dances.
