I had not been to AW...

I had not been to AW in a long time, and I decided to see what the Saturday day-shift had to offer. Paid the $10 cover and headed into the club part. There were six dancers on shift (not bad for mid-afternoon) and about 6-8 customers. The first five dancers to grace the stage ranged from “not terrible” to “reasonably ok.” Dancer #1 appeared to be mixed race and had a nicely toned body. Dancer #2 appeared to be part Latina, had nice tits, and had a really up-beat “I enjoy my job” attitude. It was actually quite refreshing to watch a “happy” stripper compared to the wo-is-me crap that is so pervasive. Dancer #3 was an AA that sort-of looked preggers but I thing was just chucky. Dancer #4 was a younger blond girl, who had a very pretty face, over-all fairly attractive, but could use a little lipo-scuplting in the mid-section. Dancer #5 was an older blond, great body form the neck down, but just too old in the face for me. Then Dancer #6 ruined it. I wish I could un-see that fat, old, ugly, pierced, sorry-excuse for a stripper. (IMO, none of the dancers present would make the cut at SOH.)

When not on-stage, the dancers either stayed in the dressing room, or were busy giving lap dances in the side booths. I was somewhat surprised that several of the dancers seemed to each have a different guy there that they gave lap dances to basically from the time they got off stage until it was there turn to go back on stage. I would have considered some LD time with the younger blond, but she didn’t ask, and she was already taken buy some other guy whenever she wasn’t on stage. As others have mentioned, the lap dances are what I would call one-way grinds. Some touching of back and legs was ok, but the fun parts are off-limits. Actually, most of the LDs I observed on this trip oscillated between one-way grind for a minute, then sitting in the guy’s lap talking for a minute, then back again.

For $25 total ($15 in tip + cover), it was an inexpensive stop. Most of the experience was ok for that amount, but Dancer #6 was a serious strike against AW. Meh, not sure I’d want to go back again anytime soon.
