I have never been a big...
I have never been a big fan of this place, but I still had a free pass laying around, so I made my first trip here in over a year, perhaps two years. The first thing I noticed is they have made some capital improvements including slick LCD screens near the entrance showing upcoming features and the current dancer name list. I guess the improvements came at a pretty penny as admission has been raised by $1. After giving the awkward front desk attendant my pass, he asks if I want a re-entry stamp for $11. I am not sure how the price was calculated since matinee admission is $21 and evening admission is $26-31, but I agreed to pay $11.
Upon entry, I assume the day crew was still slothfully around and the number of customers was pretty low. The drinking vending machine was the highlight as they had Red Bull, Monster, Gatorade, Perrier, etc. for $3 each. I was not impressed by the look of the dayshift nor the long periods of inactivity, so I bailed planning on using my re-entry stamp for the evening shift.
About 5-6 hours later I return and the establishment is packed. I look around and notice most of the customers are minorities with a rather large brown crowd (Asian Indian and Latino). They must have quotas limiting the number of blondes as I have never seen so few blonde dancers in such a large club. I counted maybe 3-4, and I think two of those were Asian!
Many of the girls working were the same ones that were around a few years ago. Many haven't aged that well. Out of boredom I ask a dancer to go to the dance booths. Rather than proceeding in inserting my cash into the automated booths, she begins a lecture. She states it is $440 for 25 minutes or $200 for 15 minutes in the less private booth. Keep in mind the booths are listed at $140 or $100. This girl may have been a big fish in a little pond, but not model/actress quality so I decline her absurd quotes.
