On my one previous trip to...
On my one previous trip to Peoria, I had visited Big Al's downtown and Club Cabaret across the river in Creve Coeur. Both left me unimpressed, and I was curious to find out what the other clubs in town -- Elliott's and Pulse -- had to offer. This time I finished my business in Normal and did the one-hour drive on I-74 to the north side of Peoria, where Elliott's was easy to find, just south of the intersection of N. University Street and W. Pioneer Parkway next to a Mexican restaurant called Los Jimadores.
I arrived around 6:30 on a Friday evening and stayed for about an hour and a half. I paid no cover and drank two beers: a domestic for $4 or so and then an excellent German import called Erdinger for free -- it was included with a two-for-one dance special! During my pleasant stay I watched the full rotation of dancers, initially four and eventually six or seven, all white. Eventually I sprang for the VIP room with a very tall, well-built girl who got naked and allowed touching everywhere except the kitty but didn't grind or otherwise stimulate me enough to get me off. The cost was $100 for 15 minutes (which actually ran to at least 20 minutes -- a rarity, in my experience, to get more time than was promised). Later I did two two-for-one specials, one for $31 and the other for $26 (!), but the lap dance area was closely monitored by camera and I was even warned once to keep my hands off the dancer.
The lap dance area seems to be a total no-touch zone, but the very private VIP room with its lockable door offers the potential for excellent quasi-sexual fun with the right girl. I wouldn't make a special trip to Peoria to go to Elliott's but would return to this club if I were in the area.
