Clueless as always. How does this place stay in business. They ask for my license to get in and they register it on their computer and look you up to determine whether you've been there previously. The only dancer I saw was not attractive in the least and I can't imagine how she makes a living doing this. She asked me about doing a private dance and just for the sake of checking the place out I played along and asked about pricing and so forth. She said the first step would be to give my drivers license to her so she could take it to the doorman to register that we were going to a private room. I asked why they kept asking for my drivers license and she gave me the same song and dance that the doorman did. They say it's so they can keep track of who's been there in case one of the girls gets raped in the private room. When I told her this whole drivers license thing made me very uncomfortable and that no other clubs did this she got very offended and angry and essentially implied that maybe I was indeed a threat. Now I am a very mild mannered conservative appearing and acting mid forties guy and was quite sober that night and hadn't even put my arm around this girl. I truly don't understand how this club is still in business. This club truly offended me. And btw I was The only customer there and it was approximately 10pm. If you're in the area steer clear. I can't speak for the other club in deland but I can say that there are a handful of clubs in the daytona area that are definitely fun and accomodating. And most importantly, they don't scan or copy your drivers license into their computers for future reference.
