So, I don't think my earlier review sufficiently described this place.

Like most of Northeast PA, this place is a time warp, frozen in time. From indoor smoking and the cigarette machine, to the neon signs on the wall, to the owners black howling wolf t-shirt, this place has not changed since 1992. See, any business reliant upon discretionary income will become stuck in the motif of the last time the economy was good. In NEPA, things have not been good since the '90's.
