An update from my last review....

An update from my last review. I visited late on a Friday night, after the club changed its name. No changes as far as I can tell. Same dancers, DJ, protocol, etc. The club seemed a little busier than some nights I've been there, but probably normal variability.

I talked to the bartender and some of the dancers, and all said that the owner no longer wanted to be a Solid Gold franchise. One dancer said things are a little looser, but again, I didn't notice any changes. I had an enjoyable night, which ended with a 2-song private dance with a nice, but average looking chocolate dancer. What she lacked in looks she made up for in attention and enthusiasm.

One question I always ask a dancer when I meet her for the first time -- How long have you worked here? Many times at this club I've gotten the answer like 2 years or so. I'm often surprised because despite several visits, I meet "new" dancers. They must have a deep roster. It is also clear that the dancers rotate frequently among clubs in Milwaukee.
