Stopped in late afternoon on Friday....
Stopped in late afternoon on Friday. The club is in a mostly residential neighborhood, parking is on the street or in a well- lit lot across the street. You enter through a long hallway. The bar io your left with a pool table and Tvs off to the left behind it. The dancers tend to hang out in this area between their sets, and they chat with customers at the bar or circulate and do dollar table dances, which as always is a good way to get a sense of the dancers' personalities before getting a couch dance.
If you walk straight ahead from the entrance, you'll come to the main stage with three poles for the dancers. There's a DJ booth to the left of the stage, but the DJ pretty much focuses on the music and his computer. Off to the right of the stage are the booths for couch dances. They are separated from the main area by a long sheer curtain which gives the illusion of privacy but which is sheer enough to see other customers getting dances--another good way to check out a dancer's style.
Although the physical setting of the club is a little tired--this is not a chrome and glitz club--the dancer's and female bartender's are friendly. There's no cover before 7pm, but there is a one drink minimum, and the dancers have been told not to give table dances unless the patron has bought that first drink. Prices aren't bad, though. They're not chrome and glitz either.
