Went there before a plane flight. Dancers are very standoff-ish, and the more attractive ones tend to disappear with regulars into the VIP area- this is a case where one has to be aggressive in terms of approaching dancers of interest. Didn't see any stand-outs, but there were a few quite attractive "8's." I did get superb dances with two latin girls, one an older (40ish) dancer and another one perhaps 23-24 from Cuba, who I had dances with last fall in Chicas Locas. Thank goodness for the Cuban "invasion" in Houston- they are typically very friendly and quite beautiful. I get the sense they move from latin clubs to mainstream clubs like St. James when their English improves. Interestingly, there is physical separation of dancers from tippers on stage- hard to use this interaction to tell how good dances would be. The dances here can be quite good, but customers cannot be shy if a favorite is to be had!
