I made my first visit the the Pink Monkey after a Bears game this fall. It was a great reminder of why I don't visit clubs in the city - high dollar, low action. I met up with some friends who were in town to visit for the game, and after we were looking for someplace to go.

I do enjoy the club overall, it's in a nice location (just a few blocks from Union Station) where you're close enough to downtown that it's accessable, but not someplace where you will see too many ppl from work.

Walk in, mandatory coat check. The bottle service is great (i've seen other reviews where they talk up the cost of the mixers, but we were only charged for one a piece, but likely at five or six). The girls brought ice and kept us in good spirits. Maybe they don't give too much attention to that if you're buying dances. On to that . . .
