I'll be honest, I actually like a strip club that is dive-y without actually being a dangerous dive. Shark Lounge fit the bill PERFECTLY. It is big enough to find a quiet corner but not TOO big where you can get lost and not see the stage. It's dark enough to feel like a strip club, but not TOO dark where you can't see the girls. The girls are good looking, but not plastic-y and generic. Plus, it has an awesome shark cage that I wish I had seen a girl dance in. There really wasn't much of a hustle for dollars from the girls after their sets, at least when I was there. They asked for us to purchase drinks right after sitting but nursing them for an hour wasn't an issue at all. I didn't get to sample anything other than watching from a distance because of the party I was with, but it does look a bit challenging to grab a girl after their dance. Getting their attention while they are on stage is key to having them visit you after, unless you are a regular. SMALL lot to park in and street parking can be challenging if the area is busy. You might have to walk a few blocks or plan to take a cab.
