What happened to this place? I used to come to the Clubhouse for Sunday Funday every once in a while and always managed to have a good time, but this particular Sunday evening was just sad. It has been a couple of years since I last came here, and it'll be at least that long before I come back.

I showed up at around 9pm with a six pack of beer. Walked up to the cashier and was charged $20 (even though they advertise $10 admission and $10 dances on Sundays). The cashier asked for a tip before I even had a chance to give her one. Nice.

Walked into the club and it was as dead as any club I've ever been to. A big room with a handful of patrons, a few dancers, and a girl serving mixers and ice buckets from the "bar." I know it's Sunday, but this isn't the afternoon shift, so I was surprised at how dull the atmosphere was.
