Been a year since I have...

Been a year since I have been to the VIP; a lot of changes. Not sure if the roof has been fixed or not; but there were no buckets all over the place catching the dripping water. However, that may have been due to weather more than repairs; as I did notice a couple of lousy patch jobs on the ceiling. No doorman, so no cover paid. The same tired old DJ they have had for years spieling the same tired old lines.

I arrived around 11:30 pm; there was a small crowd of patrons; most of them hanging around the bar area. The place had 5 girls working. The girls were mostly in the 4-6 range; nothing way hot and nothing puking ugly. All of the girls came by for tips but none of them would stay around much longer than it took them to get a tip. They appeared more inclined to hang with either regulars or young guys around their age. While I generally don't look my age, I definitely do not look like some 20-30 year old. So I guess I was too old for them, other than asking for a tip. Had 2 drinks, since that is the minimum the bar pushes, or at least has signs up at the entrance say to that effect; I left soon as I had downed my second drink. All told, in and out in 30 minutes.

If I decide to go back, I will go back on a Saturday night like I used to, since a weekday such as a Monday is no good unless you are very young or a well known regular.
