Visited Chappeau Vert on a recent weeknight. Like most, I have driven past many many times. For some reason I decided to have a look. The interior is not too impressive. Does not appear to have been remodeled in quite some time. No problem to me, I like dive bars. The beers were a pretty good price for a strip club, a lot less than most I've been to. I think it was $4 for a beer. The waitstaff is not much to look at but they were fairly attentive but not too pushy. As for the girls, the ones I saw were on the chunky and older side. A few approached me and sat down. They were all pretty chill and easy to talk to. They were not into the hard sell at all. So that was pretty cool. Chappeau Vert has some chairs back against the wall for lapdances, but I didn't partake. Didn't offer much privacy as I would prefer. The club has a small stage area and they usually have a girl up there for the most part. Not a ton of energy into dancing, but at least something to look at. All in all, not a bad place to chill and drink a few beers, but not really a big lapdance or stage show kind of place.
