Whenever I'm in Baltimore, I always end up at Norma Jeans. Sure, I give the other clubs on the Block to convince me otherwise but they all fail miserably. Norma Jeans has rap video quality girls without the wallet raping BS and attention seeking douchebags and regular club atmosphere. Drinks are reasonable and the girls don't harrass you because they can get money all night. It also help that they offer lapdances which is a primary reason I go to clubs in the first place. One time I went and got a couple lapdances from a girl I saw on World Star Hip Hop! That right there pretty much solidfied this place as my goto spot in Baltimore.
