In years past I avoided The Block. It's dirty, seedy, and not particularly safe. It's also about an hour's drive from my home. However, during the last several months I've found myself in Baltimore on business or passing through, so I've become a little more comfortable with the area, for better or for worse. Anyway, during those visits I've circulated through most of the clubs on The Block at various times of the day or night, and various days of the week (which is why I didn't list a day or time of my visit). Of all the clubs, I find Club Pussycat has more and better looking girls than any of the other small clubs. They're pretty friendly, usually white, not too pushy, and can become very friendly for the price of a drink. I've occassionally splurged for a dance or two, but usually I just find a girl I like, buy her a drink or two, and take it from there, frequently leading to some mutual groping and grinding. At some point I'm sure I'll take one of the girls into a private room, but for now I enjoy the GFE-style socializing.

I used to go to the Hustler Club, but their prices and restrictions increased as the quality of their girls decreased. Scores is the better option for the big club experience. But for smaller clubs with no cover and few rules, I like Club Pussycat.
