The rumors of the death of BD's are greatly exaggerated.

I was in on Wednesday night. The place was probably half full with customers, and there were a lot of very attractive dancers. I planned to stay for one or two beers and one or two dances, but I ended up being there for 3 hours and had dances from 4 different dancers. Dances in the high-backed chairs upstairs are back, and they again move the chairs around to limit the view from outside. All 4 dancers who entertained me actively encouraged roaming hands, and all were pretty grabby themselves.

The only complaint I have about BDs is that the dancers have to be onstage for 30+ minutes at a time - if you see one you like you have to wait a long time. Of course, that also means that there are always 6 or 7 topless women dancing around for you to enjoy...
