Being close by and curious, stopped into Uncle Paulies at 7PM. Only one other customer, the bartender (a dude), and no dancers. Definitely just a dive bar. There was a small stage on one side with a pole. Pool table on the other side of the place. Understand it's a Monday night, but are you running a club or not? Signs in the outside say 'no biker colors allowed' or something like that along with a no guns sign. Maybe it can get rough on a busy night. It's located in Glen Ellyn, a nice suburb of Chicago, so no worries about the neighborhood of anything. Cheap beer, 3 bucks. I supposed that's part of the allure.
