Went to Babe’s at ~5:30pm on...

Went to Babe’s at ~5:30pm on Friday afternoon and assuming it would be considered “prime time”, I expected a cover, crowd and best talent. I usually hit the clubs mid-late afternoon to avoid the crowds, covers and do expect the typical second string girls which is OK for me. Parking lot was OK and somewhat lit up, I ride a Harley and don’t like parking it in certain places (insert snob here) so was good with the parking. Doorman was grumpy and asked for $7 cover. Bartender was frumpy and grumpy, I asked what kind of bottled beer they had and she said replied with an arrogant “what kind do you want”. After asking for three different brands with a “no” to each, I asked again what they had. Beer was cold, $4.50 for an import and change for a twenty was given in singles. I asked for a few $5’s as I like to tip in $5’s. Another frumpy, grumpy response was “why”. No dancers on stage through my 1st beer and no girls approached me. Finally a skinny girl did what I assume was a dance, not sure tough, it was more walking on the stage than dancing, tipped her a five which she said thanks, threw it on the floor then walked/danced away. Two dances later a more attractive well-proportioned girl did a few songs. Tipped her a five, same response. Neither came over afterward, they just sat together playing with their phones. Moderate talent walking around the bar but none approached me which blew my mind. Now I’m no Brad Pitt but daaaaaamn man. After three beers and two dancers, I cut my losses and hit the road. Will not go back.
