After being rather disappointed the last several times I've gone to Tootsies, I was in for a pleasant surprised. I went in on a Thursday evening and stayed until about 10pm. While it was still a little slow at the time I arrived with average talent by 7pm, I'd say the talent improved significantly. I was amazed! For the first time in nearly 4 years the average talent at Tootsies was above a 7, with several 8s and 9s floating around the floor (which is rare because the tend to congregate upstairs). Since E11evan opened, it feels as if Tootsies is becoming progressively more latin as ~50% of the girls were Cuban. Of course, the highlight of Tootsies (especially when its not packed) is the tip rail, as you get the best personal dance a dollar can buy you. I highly recommend you check it out around 7 on Thursday.
