Okay, here's how a dead empty...

Okay, here's how a dead empty club (almost no patrons, almost no dancers) in the middle of a Saturday afternoon gets an 8. Nice looking place, but bare. How empty was this club? I spent the first ten minutes or so scanning a room with two other patrons who were looking equally confused due to an empty stage. Bored? At some point the DJ says a dancer is on her way out. All the while, there are two semi-private (frosted glass and half walls) dances going on just off the main floor areas. One's in a topless seating area on the far wall, the other is a nude lap area with couches on the doorside wall. So a dancer finally gets to the stage, sees about 3 1/2 guys (what was left of one had left the topless area headed for the door)..and starts dancing like there's no tomorrow. Great energy. All for a lousy few bucks (donated by me from across the room). Next stage dance by the lapper who'd just freshened up? Exactly the same. So I was impressed. Still leaving, but impressed. Still no 8 by this point, but improving. The couch dance had just wrapped and a guy walks very slowly back to the main floor..but who came down behind him was the point of it all. Didn't leave. Gentlemen, the club has earned its 8 because this gal was off the charts in every way. Stage? Yep. Couch? Yep. Best. Laps. Ever. A full length 2-for-1 was all she wrote. No descrip this time other than she's Latina, petite yet built and hard to miss. No extras required. The club'd rate higher if there wasn't a second trip to compare it to...
