Cheerleaders has gone topless, and about 60% of the dancers, by my rough, and perhaps alcohol-addled, estimate, opted to drop the tops when I was there on Dec. 19. As this was my first visit since the new policy took effect, I was curious to see what else, if anything, had changed.

Well, I think there were some new dancers who definitely had the 'goods' to shine at a topless place, although several of the regulars from before still work there. I, for one, really enjoyed the change. Definitely a lot more, um, eye contact between the on-stage dancers and the patrons. Less silicone than you would expect, a plus for me. Plus, your 'lower extremity' does all the thinking for you when it comes to deciding who to take a private dance with.

I got there just before Happy Hour ended (7 pm on Fridays) and stayed for a couple of hours. The dancers were circulating at a good rate, which has not always been the case. Fewer of the 'sit at a stool with one special guy' stuff than has gone on in the past. Can't tell if these are conscious changes, or just the random nature of a night at the club.
