HB is probably the best bang for your buck. HB is a great place to go to have a few drinks and get a dance or two after work. You can easily spend under $100 over the course of a night be well fed/drink and get some PT with a nice looking lady. The girls on stage are not topless which is unfortunate but if you are willing to take them on some private dances (2 songs for 25, 5 for 50) then the tops come off. The drinks are super cheap as well which is a nice change of pace.

The only thing here that you need to be aware of is that some of the girls are not very good at giving private dances. The best way to find the good ones would be to tip them when they are on stage, a $1 bill will get you a brief preview of how good they are at their job. If a girl is on stage and is just walking around for three songs, or you see her stopping at every single table without getting a dance that should be a pretty good indication of how your private dance is going to go.
