I don't do Saph's much anymore...

I don't do Saph's much anymore - I have my reasons but this review is specifically for the early morning and hopefully to steer some of you to better places. :)

Looking to get my day started off differently, I came here at around 6:30-7 am in the morning since Saph's has never failed to disappoint in the looks dept. plus I was looking for a 2nd place to mix it up at that time when on the rare ocassion I enjoy the early grinding session. So the bouncer checking my ID goes 'It's a little early, huh?' I'm thinking 'WTF? It's Vegas, I'm here at 7 am hello - you should know the deal. And why are you even saying this to a paying customer?'

There were a lot of dancers finishing up their shifts, not much going on on the floor but the bar scene was quite hilarious. I didn't enjoy paying about $40 after tips (I tip well) for a black coffee and two waters, but whatevs. I spoke to a few gals, but unless I felt the vibe it wasn't worth it - a couple were too drunk to ask for a dance and a couple I declined - none had decent conversation and all were puzzled why I was there smelling good and completely sober.
