1 - Hardbody pro's: have worked a few too many years, but still look good

2 - Newbies: worked a few months, still learning the ropes. Still have not fully polished their looks or game.

3 - Sweet spot: worked 1-3 years, looks at the prime. Fun to talk with, relaxed, but not jaded.
