A friend and I arrived on a Tuesday around 830 pm and had to get valet parking. Street parking is 2 hrs max but I didn't want to go in and out of the club to move the car and pay the machine. Coat check is mandatory so after tipping the coat check, paying $12 for parking, and tipping the valet, I'm down $40 already.

The host/bouncer meet us at the front and says he can seat us in several areas, and directly asks for a tip to be seated in the more VIP area, which he say is more comfortable and comes with his service; he will serve us and send girls over. We decline the upgrade and ask to be seated near the stage.

The bouncers are pretty stern and not very friendly at all. After getting money from the cash machine, I took one step towards a bar area for singles. I was immediately stopped by a bouncer with an out stretched hand, "what do you want?" I answered singles, and he took my money and returned from the bar 5 feet away to return my cash. I am not sure what that was all about. Also the bar will not run credit cards for cash, they give Admiral cash, their own brand of money used only at the club. NOT COOL. I declined an advance after that knowledge.
