I've been meaning to write a comprehensive review as most reviews focus on isolated days and therefore are subject to lack of the draw. I've been traveling to Miami since Tootsies opened and have experienced both extreme frustration as well as extreme jubilation. Lately I have been down on Tootsies because compared to the club during the recession (2008-2011), both the quality of women and value from the club have dropped. The average girl just isn't as hot as she was in 2008-2011 and the value just isn't quite the same. The girls used to have to earn the dollars they made and therefore were much more friendly, approachable and willing to give chit chat. Now, the girls have grown colder and less friendly. There's no more chit chat. The attitude is basically "either your getting dances or a room right away, or I'm not wasting my time"

Tootsies is also a very different animal depending on the time of day you go. From 12-4 it is very slow. Many of the girls will do 2 dances on stage, lackadaisically walk around the tip rail and then either scurry off of or take a seat at a table. There are few patrons at this time and while in the past this made girls much more willing to sit down talk to you and generally give you a lot of one on one attention, over the past year this hasn't really been the case. 12-4 used to be my favorite time to go, but recently I have stopped going at this time, because the average girl will only be ~5.5.

5-9pm is probaby my favorite time now to go to Tootsies. The girls are generally more attractive than those in the earlier shift and not quite as cranky. While the average girl is still only ~6, you'll find a handful of 8s at this time (if you see one you like get her attention right away because the more attractive girls tend to disappear fast, and if they disappear you will not see them again for another 4 hours). Also the 5-9 shift generally gives livelier dances, especially at the tip rail and the girls cycle through on stage much faster.
