Gave Beemer's a shot for the first time on a Saturday night. Entered the club around 9:30 to find only a handful of customers, but a number of dancers out and about. After paying a $5 cover and getting a drink, I was quickly approached by one of them. After some conversation, we decided on a lap dance. I believe one song was $20. She was quite good - plenty of contact, very skilled dancer. I was a little put off by the sagging post-pregnancy belly, however. We talked a bit more after the dance and she mentioned the VIP. rates weren't bad - same as their less private rooms, plus $50. I was interested, but wanted to interact with some of the other dancers to maybe take them in VIP.
But overall, the dancers were not "working the floor." A group of them sat on the far side of the bar on smoking, on their phones, etc. Eventually, a good looking black girl talked to me for a while, but the conversation never got around to private dances. After some time at the stage with two great dancers (lots of action), I was hoping to ask one of them for a private dance. But she never came back out to the bar after her set. In the meantime, the other dancer chatted me up and we had a good conversation, but then she left. I did the same.
From conversation, it seemed a number of these girls were very new to the club- their second or third night. So that could account for the lack of private dances. The crowd did eventually pick up a bit too (around 11 or 12), but before I blew too much money I headed out.
