Hadn't been to Beavers in a...

Hadn't been to Beavers in a while so I figured it was time to stop by. I won't bother you with club physical details as I have commented on them previously (see my earlier review). Arrived (about 9:30 PM) in parking lot and when I did I should have kept driving as that there was only 2 other cars in the lot, but I went in. Went in and nobody dancing yet, house lights still on, and there was only one other guy in place chatting up the bar (juice) maid. She told me that the girls were just about ready and would be just a couple of minutes, so I paid my $10 cover and got a coke ($2) and sat at the bar waiting. I listened in on the dude at the bar and figured out he was one of the dancer's boyfriends just chilling for a few before he left, which he did after about 20 minutes, then I was it. Saw several girls going in and out of the back checking to see if anyone was there yet, but none went up to dance. About after an hour (and 2 more cokes) I asked when the girls were going to start and was told that they won't start until there are at least 2 customers, but if I wanted she could get one to give me a private dance back in the VIP. I told her that that was O.K., I would wait (like to check out and get a feel for the talent before going to the back). I sat there till about 11:30 when I figured that enough was enough when about a half dozen guys showed up and the dancers started. Unfortunately, they all knew the dancers and I didn't get much attention. Was asked by a couple of girls if I wanted a private dance but they let me know they didn't do any extras, so I called it a night. All in all was there for about 3 and a half hours, drank 6 cokes, and was out only about $40.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes I have went there and the place is packed when it opens and there are dancers everywhere and it is happening, but if it starts off slow, best just to move along.
