Visited Crazy Horse on a Thursday evening. Steep $20 cover to get in the door. You get a wristband when you go in. The layout resembles a movie theatre without stadium seating, plus seats that are 90-degrees offset along the stage area. Very awkward setup. If you're on the inside (towards walls) of a row it is hard for dancers to approach. Then to get out you may have to squeeze by other patrons.

Dancer quality is good. Mix of white, Latina, Asian, and black dancers. Went for a lap dance with Adriana, a large breasted tall brunette who gave a great dance and nice contact. The downside: dances are going to run you $40 for topless! That's a ridiculous price even in San Francisco. Later found a super hot blonde dancer who mentioned for $100 we could do three fully nude dances in a more private area. Promised I'd be happy.. At roughly $33.33 per dance, that was a better deal. Full contact in that dance, and definitely ended up worth it.

This club has no liquor / alcohol, so no bar setup and service to review. The club certainly could use some renovations and a better pricing model.
