Was recently on business in Destin and I decided I would stop by Sammy's because I had heard good reviews. The club is on an island between Fort Walton Beach and Destin and has a little bit of competition in the area. Outside is pretty dim, but you can hear the music and see some lights from inside. The hostess was very friendly and mentioned the $6 cover charge, but waived it when she saw my military ID. The club does allow smoking if that's your thing. The lighting was good and there are three stages with the center being the only one used during the week. There are places along the wall for lap dances as well as ample seating. The club has a VIP area upstairs. Security is present, but only hovers when you're getting special treatment.

Now to the girls - when I went there were only 5 girls working, but they all solid 7s, except for one - Mercedes, who was a 9. Most girls had good pole skills and nice outfits. They come up to you if you look well dressed and will want an overpriced mimosa if you don't buy a lap dance for $40.

I elected for a VIP session with Mercedes after sitting with her for an hour. The prices are steep at $350 per half hour or $650 for an hour. You also have to tip the waitress and your dancer. The experience is definitely not worth that much in my opinion, but I was bored.
