I've lived in Brooklyn nearly all my life, but color me surprised to find out that there was a cozy lil hipster/biker joint deep in Williamsburg. My borough isn't known for it's titty bars, but the handful that are scatteres throughout have a lot more character than anything in Manhattan.

If you take the train to Pumps, you'll notice that it's quite a walk away from the station and situated in a pretty shady strip of street in what seems like a mostly industrial area. But once you get inside, you're greeted by one of the coolest spots in NYC.

Now, if you're on the creep for some extras, you're SOL. The lap dance area, located in the back left of the narrow bar/stage, is not that obscured from the wary gaze of the hella gruff biker-looking security on deck. Also, Pumps doesn't feel like a high mileage, touchy place. My dancer had me feel on her ass, but I think that's really where it ends here.
