I really had high hopes for...

I really had high hopes for "Down In Texas Saloon". But alas it was just a pipe dream. I had to admit that I was so wrong about the prospects for the club. In truth I guess there was no way that a new establishment could become nothing what it is, and that is another ghetto strip club similar to Sugars.

Down In Texas has so much potential but sadly rap/hip-hop culture is too pervasive and synonymous with strip clubs in order for it reach that potential as a new club. When I visited on a Saturday it seemed like the owner(s) finally gave up and let the club turn into another gangster/pimp strip club.

I will say that most of the dancers were decent as far as body types go. I didn't see any of the numerous fat ass dancers that I had seen working there before. There was probably an equal amount of black and white girls. But again these were pretty much urban type girls- not my cup of tea.
