My 3rd club of the night....

My 3rd club of the night. Arrived around 10PM. Parking for the club isn't bad. Valet is where it should be, and regular parking is across the street. I will say that my prices have increased through the evening. Was $15 to get in at this hour. Wasn't pleased, but haven't spent any money on dances yet so not the worst. I like how they have a sign on the door saying two drink minimum, i've never been asked about that. Throughout the night was not as crowded as I have seen it. There have been times where you had a hard time walking side to side. There was a nice looker hanging at the front bar, but i wanted to explore the options.

Wound up sitting in a far area where i could look around - was there probably about 20 minutes and not once was hit up by a waitress. Again, not my wallet's loss. Took a tour of the back area. Decent selection of dancers, but not too many making rounds that interested me. Again, I still think it's the 'upstairs' thing where they will only do that. I finally found that they did offer my favorite drink (alas it was $10.50) - but i so needed it. Right about then a woman who sparked my interest was on the main stage - i went down and sat beside the stage - and provided a decent tip which usually means find me later. Well turns out they did a tour of the 2 other stages working - and then she mostly disappeared. She wasn't even hanging with a group.

So i finished up my drink - cut my losses for three clubs out - and didn't take in a dance. Too bad that last one i might have spent a few. Still interested in the comment one made a Baby Dolls that pointed out a friend had a knobjob for $100. Dallas has really become a hard read on clubs - apparently too many partying groups, and it's taking away the more singles area. Oh well, my money stays with me. The atmosphere at Lodge is nicely upscale, but they better improve their waitress staff as they are loosing a bit. And these pole taxes are going to start hurting businesses.
