The Hip Hugger is pretty simple. It is a consistent establishmenf , and I do not see it changing anytime soon. It's almost like just going to the grocery store. You walk in, and depending on the time of the day there is a cover/no cover. The day talent is not as attrative as a whole as the night talent, but they are certainly more willing to play all. The lap dances are 10 dollars, always, the ddinks are cheap, you top all the dancers---and the place is smoky as hell. The furniture is sticky and old and the lap dances are right out in the open. But that doesnt necessarily stop anything. You either love this place ir hate ot---it all depends heavilg on your mood. Not classy but not disgusting---it just--IS the Hip Hugger, and its consistency is probably why its such a popular place on this website.
