My experience with bikini bars has...

My experience with bikini bars has been mixed. Visits to Parkway Tropics and Sensations in Grand Rapids were recipes for blue balls, whereas visits to Heavenly Bodies in Elk Grove Village and All Star Bar & Grill in McCook (near Lyons and Lagrange) tend to end happily every time. So I entered Bobby's Bar in Melrose Park with some trepidation, not knowing how much fun would be possible with a dancer wearing a bikini and pantyhose. (The dancer, not me.)

As it turns out, the answer is: a lot fun, indeed. Entry was free on a Saturday afternoon around 4 and beer was $4 or so. There were about 6 girls working, including a black girl and an Asian. There was seldom anyone stripping on stage. Instead, they would approach their target, perhaps offer a dollar dance, and then suggest going back to a more private area behind a divider for lap dances. I think I paid an older white dancer with manmade tits $15 for one dance, followed by two-for-$30 from the older Asian woman who definitely knew what she was doing and got the job done.

I got the impression that if you were a regular here, you could touch and be touched pretty freely. Unfortunately my usual haunts in Chicagoland -- Harvey and Chicago Heights -- are too far from Melrose Park to make Bobby's more than an occasional diversion. I suspect I'll find my way back to the area some time to give Bobby's another try and to check out Louie's.
