Interesting place. Thought I would like to compare it to spearmint rhino in Vegas. The rhino has the hottest I candy, but Tooties has some interesting offerings.<br>

Pros:<br>
-No cover before 8<br>
-like the Rhino, cheap drinks in the afternoon ( my Corona, the beer of choice there, was $3.25)<br>
