If you are driving south on I-95 from WPB Florida. You take I-95 south to exit 14. You continue right for about 2 miles and Tootsies is a big warehouse building on the right.<br>

Just entering the parking lot i knew i had struck gold. Plenty of free parking. None of that "oh my God, in worried about my car feeling". <br>
