I went to Chicas Locas on Saturday evening. <br>

You could find a needle in the parking lot. It was that well lit. They had valet and free self parking.<br>

The hostess was located in a lobby area that was very large - like found in 5 star hotels - with sofas thrown in for visitors to assemble before they all barge inside the club. <br>

Hostess babbled the cover. No hotel-key discount. Gave her 20 - and she hands me some change. I think the cover was 13 bucks or something. The hallway to the main club is double-wide. I also noticed one sports celebrity parked his car by the entrance and walked right in - no cover, no ID - just a wave between him and hostess. So far - good.<br>
